There are multiple groups on Facebook that I would recommend. They have varying degrees of privacy and varying degrees of helpfulness. I'm happy to speak more candidly about each via PM.
You can immediately join: FTM Hysterectomy, and FTM Meta and Phalloplasty Open Discussion. They are both closed groups, so people can see that you're a member but can't see what is posted in there unless they are also members. There are two secret phalloplasty groups and one secret meta group that you would need invites for. I am happy to add you to them, but you would need to friend request me on FB so that I could do that.
If you're planning on phallo, I would actually encourage you to focus on the hysterectomy first. The majority of US surgeons want you to have it done several months prior to phallo.
