Lowered my T dose and had regression of effects

I was on T, about .4 per week very consistently for about two and a half years, then for about a year I would go weeks without taking a shot because I was having awful acne, now I'm being very consistent about the shots again but my lack of keeping up on the shots has caused some of the effects to reverse. My face isn't as squared out as it used to be, my voice doesn't seem as low - though still low. I still get facial hair on my neck and a little bit of a mustache.
Has anyone else experienced reversal of effects when they drastically lowered their dosage? I guess I thought most of the physical effects would stay put but I guess not. I'm still able to pass in person because im 6feet, don't shave, and have a flat chest but I was on omegle chat a couple weeks ago and some people were asking me if I were m or f. It is very upsetting because I wasn't expecting this to happen.

The body is a very flexible thing when it comes to hormones... without the constant "instruction" of the testosterone then it will revert to what the estrogen is "telling" it to do.

Reversal of effects is common, especially early in the process. Estrogen affects how your face looks which is a giant clue for people as to how to gender you.

I would see a derm about the acne. It is treatable! You don't have to "treat" it by stopping your hormones.

I've also heard that it eventually goes away as your pores get larger. But in the meantime you can exfoliate and get rid of those dead skin cells that are clogging your pores. I find that green (french) clay works much better than those expensive products you can buy. Also, don't buy the plastic beads, they're bad for the ocean.
