Help: Finasteride and Dutasterid doesnt reduce my DHT levels

Hello together,

i'm 1 year postOP and have massive problems with to much androgenes. So my doctor decided to give me Dutasterid to reduce DHT-conversation from testosterone. I'm now 6 weeks on Dutasterid: My DHT level before was 122 pg/ml, after 6 weeks its 146 pg/ml now. What happened there?

Dutasterid should reduce DHT by 90% ... 
There absolutely no supression, no 1%.

Very odd, are your T levels low?

T is at 0.42 ng/ml. Ive absolutely no idea whats going on there ...

Maybe a bad test result, perhaps 14.6? Ask for a retest.

No, i think 146 pg/ml is right. I feel it. At my skin, the acne, hairloss ... thats far more than 14.6 pg/ml
