Post op bloody discharge (1,5 years post op).

I have had a penile inversion operation 1,5 years ago. To this day i still have bloody discharge. It gets worse i have been active that day (brown to reddish on the pantyliners which i wear). I still dilate every day and wash it well, but fot some reason i still get it (no other issues, only the old blood / discharge).

Should i be worried and should i go make an extra check up appointment with the surgeon who did the surgery on me?

You should make an appointment with your surgeon if they are local or with a gynecologist if not. It sounds like you have granulation/proud flesh and haven't healed correctly yet. If so, you will be treated in the office and may need an additional visit or two in order to verify you have healed correctly. It's pretty common and I had issues with it as well.

If that's the case is most likely in the vagina. Anyway i shall make an appointment with my surgeon as the hospital is close by.

After dilating today i felt a huge scab like at the end.  I'm not at ease now so I'm going to get someone to talk at it as fast as possible.

HI Megan!!!

I had some bleeding complications post op that resolved without intervention but my surgeon had mentioned a treatment, done in office that could resolve bleeding if it hadn't resolved on its own.
