breast imlants before hrt

Im starting end of the year if all goes well by my endocrinologist the Hrt
I allways had had small cup b,
I know everyone says wait for hrt
but my dyforia is sooo bad all this years i need something to hold on for the journey, i dont have lot of money ,have only my mother, i have to earn and save the money for ffs and srs, ffs i will be able to have in 2,5 years planing to save up the money and the srs in 5 years cuz i want the thailand tehnic cuz i dont have much tissue and i would like to have a deep vagina, is it soooo bad having the implants before hrt???
I have save the money for it i waited but im so depressed my face my body, i know it would made me sooo happy

It's a personal decision with implants. In my case I would rather have small breast that implants. In you case the decision  you will have to make is do you have the money to do it twice. If you have a great response to HRT, the implants may need to be change or removed in order to make your breast look right. If you are already a B, it's very possible you will respond well to HRT. You would be far from the first to have implants before seeing what HRT will do but it's for you to decide and not me.

This Thursday I am "being there" for a person who is undergoing gender reassignment surgery. She had breast augmentation several months and was suppose to have gender reassignment surgery at the same time but ran into issues and postpone bottom surgery. She confided with me yesterday that having breast and still have male organs made her feel strange/uncomfortable.

With that said, this is possible but as Dena indicated many before you have done breast augmentation prior to reassignment surgery and others have breast augmentation with zero plans for bottom surgery.

Personally, I waited until after bottom surgery as HRT was working well in a normal pattern of growth but then there are some who may take longer to develop decent breast and this can be a problem with their dysphoria.

I would also be interested in the medical consequences (rather than mental/emotional).

I also have a large A/Small B cup, but am far and away from seeing full effects of HRT.

My (very supportive) family thinks that even with a bra on my bust doesn't fit my frame.

At what point is it safe to put in implants in order to achieve a natural look?

I should point out that I am normal weight/BMI- my breast development occurred in my teens due to hormones being blocked by certain meds. So that development is "real" and not extra weight.

Well befoire surgery i will have a talk with the other surgen who is in our transgender consilium for transitioning, but are there no girls who had breast done before hrt???
Its for me for feeling better its hard to explain

If you do this you will always regret the damage done. Even after hrt your body will still not be as good as a cis females body for a breast aug. if you rush this you will have horrible visual scaring/stretching and the damage done to  your breasts will impede on what hrt will do for you.

We are lucky if a breast aug after hrt doesn't stop our ability to breast feed for instance so pre-hrt gives the possibility for no internal damage to be like nothing.

I would peronally wait until you have been on hrt for a while, but thats just me. It seems your dysphoria is that bad for you to not wait, but being patient is key to transitioning.

Having a BA and when is your choice. HRT reduced my dysphoria. I have a BA, scheduled 11/16/16. I will have been on HRT 3.5 years at that time. I am going for a C incase GCS spurts my breast growth. I have to have a 2 stage BA so I figure if there is growth then the final placement will help with the overall appearance.

As the others have said its your choice to go ahead with a BA before HRT or not. There are pro's and con's to doing it that way. If money is tight and you cannot afford to go through it before and after GCS I would strongly suggest you wait.

Having said that, I made a decision 3 years ago that I could not wait any longer. I was very flat-chested before with no natural breast tissue. I knew that from HRT I could expect to get around a cup size smaller than my mother/sisters and they're about a large B so I wasn't hopeful for much natural growth.  I did my research for a year looking at surgeons and risks and implant types and then 2 years ago in Sept '14 I had a BA in Thailand.

On a personal level, for me, it was the right decision and the best thing I've ever done (GCS will definitely surpass this).

This doesn't mean you or everyone else should do this. Its a big decision to go this route with many risks and downsides but if you're willing to accept those risks and do the right research then I think its an option worth exploring.

It's already been said, but I just want to reiterate:

Getting breast implants before starting HRT means you may have to get the breast implants changed or removed once you have natural growth from the HRT. Say for example you get breast implants and they are perfectly even, and then you experience more natural growth on one side than the other (very likely). Your breasts will no longer look "right". Or say for example you get breast implants and you are very happy with the size, and then you experience A LOT of natural growth. Your breasts may end up looking "too big" for your frame.

I know here where I live, no surgeon would perform a breast augmentation on a transgender patient until they had undergone at least 2 years of HRT (at that point you should have experienced most of the significant growth), so doing it beforehand wouldn't even be an option. I'm sure it's different everywhere though.
