Navigating insurance and surgery, oh my!

AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!! 

Okay, now that THAT's out of the way, I'm having a tough time juggling the requests of my surgeon with the requests of my insurance company. They're both telling me things that contradict each other. My surgeon is telling me that I'm supposed to ask my insurance company A, B, and C questions. Insurance is telling me that my surgeon is supposed to make this call and won't answer for me. And I tell my surgeon this, and she insists what she said the first time.

And so I went for legal help at the LGBT clinic, and they're telling me a third thing.

I'm so fed up with this. I want to smash a lamp. One with Scott Stapp's face on it!

I hope you get it all figured out. 

Meanwhile, if I want to smash a lamp with a face, I'm going with the face of Scott Sterling...the man....the  myth...the legend!
