Two trans girls in search of a very specific, sexual term

Really trying to keep this PG while getting the details I need. First off as I mentioned in my introduction I am trans and now have been transitioning for over a year. My friend has been transitioning ironically for the same amount of time. We are not perverts, so don't get this question twisted.

Here it goes. What is the term used when a pre-op trans girl lets a man penetrate her testicular area? How pleasurable is this? Has anyone tried this? If so, could you please provide some PG details, I am very excited and interested to learn more about this.

I did this years ago many times with my high school boyfriend, front to front with him on top. Of course this was long before I transitioned to full-time Jennifer.

Um.. I have no interest in what you describe, like at all, mostly as it involves that part. But I am confused as anything about what your talking about, I mean the penetrating, there, how?? I don't understand.
