Definitely . Took some time though to become really noticeable. I also have some defined cheekbones and a jawline when before I didn't; as i had quite a round face and chubby looking cheeks. I think all guys on T will get a more square looking jaw; whether or not they started after female puberty.

Yes, but it is a very subtle thing.  I have SUCH a more masculine face after 9 months on T, but I honestly can't tell you what the change is.  It happens so subtly, it's hard to describe.  But as you can see it's a big change (all these pics were taken without any careful angling or anything--just quick selfie shots, aka why the quality sucks lol):

I think there have been subtle changes to my face, but I'm not sure any of them are in the jaw. And I think it's mostly the combination of T and weight loss that make it look different.

Weight loss to a certain point can dramatically change the look of a man's face.
