I have noticed that since I went back on my hormone therapy that I find myself wanting to make sure that my chores (cleaning) around the house are a higher priority were before I would say O I need to get around to doing some cleaning around the house Now I find I want to do it all the time (picking up things keeping every thing neat Also I find I allow more time to spoil myself in how I look such as more bath or shower time Last night I found myself brushing my hair for a long time as I was watching television I just got up went and got my hair brush and my nail clippers and started taking the time to take pride in myself  I would also like to share with all of you that I sleep better wake up very happy and in a hurry to go take my pills also when I look at myself in the mirror I find myself smiling back also I went to doctor yesterday Lost 4 lbs in a week I go back next Thursday to be weighed again Doctor said She was proud of me that was so cool to hear goal she set is for me to take off 10 lbs per month

I sleep a lot better too.

I lost a lot of weight, but I think this was associated with the muscle loss.  I already ate healthy and exercised regularly.  I have slowed down a bit because the HRT does make me tired (hence the good sleep).

Hey Brandy, sounds like you like things to be neat and tidy :)  Nothing at all wrong with that.  The past few months have found me wanting for energy to be active, so in lieu...I have taken to relaxing activities that sound much like yours.  On top of wanting to look nice, I also find that brushing my hair, or applying make up just plain feels good.

I lost 60 pounds in several months through atrophy of muscle, but now that loss has tapered off and the real work begins.  You might find fast loss at first as the muscle mass dwindles.  It is good to have an established "good diet".  My doctor told me before I started that healthy eating would be really appreciated...no lie there!
