Stretch Marks... on My Knees??!

In addition to all the wonderful things HRT has done for me in the past few months there is one that I don't quite understand. I now have fine, light stretch marks on the inside-front of both knees! It's weird because I don't think I have gained that much fat there. My upper thighs have changed more dramatically. I guess the skin there has more give to it? (I also have them on my lower back but that seems more common.)

Has anyone else had oddly placed stretch marks as a result of their hormonal regime?
