I heared that if you ever doubt you may be a trans-woman then you are a trans-woman is that right? For me I feel most of the time I am trans-woman and like to try it in public or internet this urge is long time ago shall I resist this or just accept  it

Yep; cis people tend not to question their assigned gender. If you're questioning it you're more than likely are somewhere on the trans spectrum.
