What are your T and E levels? It's concerning that your doctor would start you on a high dose. Almost every doctor I've heard of starts people low or regular and then only increases or decreases based on levels and patient experience.
High testosterone will start to convert to estrogen. What that turns into is mood swings, water retention, high blood pressure, and chest/breast sensitivity.
You may experience oilier skin, acne. High T can also lead to hair loss.
A big one to be concerned about is red blood cell count. High T can increase this, which increases the chance of heart attacks, strokes, and blood clots.
