After Elton

More importantly, when we caught up with Ted Allen, Kyan Douglas and Jai Rodriguez before the final season's debut, they talked about hearing from gay viewers who were happy to finally find someone they could look up to. Even after the buzz had faded, Queer Eye tried to bust down barriers, like in one episode that featured a transsexual male.

I always found this show so very bad.
I don't understand why anyone would watch it, seriously.
Like really, gay guys have all the answers about fashion, etc... What a stereotype... Snooze...

A show like What not to wear, not that's fun.

I watched the first season and a bit of the second. It was a fun show that went so far beyond just what to wear. They helped some poor slobs on how to pick out wines, furniture, decoration, proper ways to serve a first class meal, clothing that works, clothing that does not work, manners, etc.

I watched the first season too... not a bad show.  Then switch to Dish network and they did not carry that show  :'( .

Oh Well --- I would have liked to see the TS episode...

However I did catch the SouthPark episode where they feature Queer Eye and the whole male population was being turned in Hip Metrosexual Males.  Turned out the Query Eyes were alien crab people destroying civilization as we know it.   Thank heavens their conspiracy was exposed.   :D

Good Day m'ates

I'm going to miss them, especially Carson.  He's a sweetheart! Oh well.  Hopefully the show will be replaced by something less "metrosexual"  ::)  Yeah, whatever!  ::)
