[NSFW] Ability to cum after HRT?

Hey all,

My fiance is nonbinary MtF, and they've been on E for just over a year, and Spiro for about a year and a half now. A few months ago, they stopped producing much cum during orgasm, and it's at a point now that if there's any at all it's basically just clear. I know that they miss being able to cum "properly", and so I was wondering if there's anything they could do to get that ability back? Even something like going off of Spiro isn't out of the question. Although, if they did go off Spiro, would their ability to get someone pregnant return as well? Hoping for a no on that one because I really do NOT want pregnancy to be a risk for myself, but I'm not sure if anyone'll have an answer to that particular question, and if not then that's fine.

I mean, I've seen enough TGirl porn to know that there are plenty of folks that still cum a good amount. Of course I don't know the HRT and GRS status' of them, but... You see where I get the hope that it might be possible from.
Anyhow, thanks a bunch folks, and please let me know if I've phrased anything in a harmful way. I'm FtM so I like to think I've got a decent grip on how to be tasteful in Trans communities, but everyone slips up sometimes.

Regards, Finn

You should never rely on HRT to prevent pregnancy as it reduces the risk but it's not a sure thing. Going off Spiro would allow a return to normal function but in most cases adjusting the dosage should do the job. Spiro can sometimes suppress testosterone production below feminine levels so her Endo would need to cut back the dosage just enough for some T in the blood test and normal function to return. This should help prevent the discomfort she had before HRT but yet allow her to function sexually.

1st off, don't compare folks you care about to functionality of porn stars.  TG's in such performances almost certainly drop the AA and take a little boost of T and in a few days are functional for filming.

2nd, as mentioned, HRT is not birth control, one lazy, bored sperm that hung around is all it takes to completely mess up your plans.

3rd, I hate to intrude to much in your space, but you did offer a fairly "adult" question..   If she's MTF, and you're FTM; maybe its time to make the next step and figure out how a fem style O works for her, and what you need to do as the man in the sack to make that happen?    I know my breasts work completely different than they did when they were just muscle, O without significant penile erection is not only possible, but it is extremely potent.  Have to realize its mostly in the brain though.

I do know that T was absolutely brutal to my little brain, it'd be pretty hard for me to accept T back just to return some functionality I eventually want fully gone anyway.   I'm not even terribly excited about letting the T be up in fem normal range, though I understand it is biologically appropriate.   (I might be harboring a grudge against a molecule though...)

As in all things HRT YMMV, yet, there are trends as to what is "Expected". Between an AA and E running in a males system it is generally only a matter of time before things start taking a hit below the belt. As others have mentioned "Porn Stars" are much like like "Reality TV", just plain not real. Very little E, being a winner of the gene pool lottery, and plenty of surgeries leaves most things "As they were". What you see portrayed, like in most/all porn movies is not reality for vast portions of the populace.

The "semen" in porn is often not real..

I'm also wondering if your partner has learnt to have a female O at this point or not.. It's a much different beast that leaves a male O looking kinda boring.

OP, I also miss having ejaculate volume and tried cycling hrt to see if I could get it back, no luck but then I'm also on IM injection and it's both been very effective (yay!) and takes some time to go away.

On oral dosing cycling might  be more effective. I'll say I'm envious of one woman I know as a close friend who says her ejaculate volume is unaffected by HRT, yes I'm a bit envious :-).

I care for some folks who make porn, cis as well as trans, just saying :-). We used to participate in a local screening of home made porn so in a very small way my partner and I are porn stars, it was pretty awesome to receive a big round of applause from an audience of 600 or so! It let me feed my inner extrovert.

1. I wasn't doing that in the slightest. That's why I specifically mentioned being unsure of TG film stars GRS/HRT status'. I was attempting to say that I was unsure how realistic the cum volume for them is. But I also watch almost exclusively amateur homemade stuff, and most of them still have realistic amounts of cum. I'm not comparing anyone.

2. I'm not saying HRT is birth control. We're both fully aware of what could potentially happen, but as we're both on HRT and I'm almost certain I'm infertile regardless, it's a risk we willingly take. We'd just rather not increase said risk if possible.

3. My partner is non-binary, they use neutral pronouns. They enjoy typical "male" functionality very much, and enjoy having that role in the bedroom at times. I also am on the giving end sometimes, as we both enjoy that as well. We switch regularly, and it's not as if I force them to do things they don't want. They make very clear to me that they do it because they love it LMAO

4. Being NB, they don't mind a slight rise in T levels. That's why we're asking around for solutions that may even involve that.

ps. Please don't try to assign gendered roles to me, thanks. Doing things in a "manly" fashion is stupidly heteronormative to begin with, and inherently implies all men must be dominant in bed, which is simply and obviously untrue.

I have no advice for you, but I asked the same question months ago. You can see what others told me there:

1. seemed comparative to me, but in any event, its unrealistic to expect to match performance of just about anything one might see on screen. T or no T.    If only because what you see on screen has the advantage of being able to retake and edit.

2. hrt, I'm just pointing out that as the result side is a simple yes/no on pregnancy, using a % chance type thought on it doesn't work well; instead should ask, is it possible to create a pregnancy, and the simple answer is absolutely yes.

3. not sure why I missed the nonbinary word in your text, I was trying to be careful and read it several times.  So the suggested suggestion is inapplicable.   no offense was intended, I just misunderstood your original message.  sorry.

nb.. I didn't attempt to assign a gender role to you, I suggested something you might try.   but as I misunderstood your partner's status, it ends up being a fairly poor suggestion.
