Can't get a prescription..

I have a doctor and two therapists and a case manager that are all supportive, but they keep sending me to endocrinologists that gush old gatekeeper garbage and feel that three counselor letters over a year just aren't enough to keep out people looking for estrogen for "bad reasons". The doctor doesn't know how to prescribe it and doesn't want to given that all the endocrinologists we encounter won't. I tried calling Planned Parenthood as suggested by someone, only to get a cold "We don't do that" by a phone operator in a different state.
I'm about to the end of my rope here. I feel like I don't have the magic words or something, and I have to figure out how this is going to work for my husband too.
What do I need to do here? Is there something I can do to get this moving forward? Even if I have to do something on the dramatic or drastic side?

I'm not sure how updated this is but take a look at this list of transgender friendly endos.

Maybe you can find one close to you...

You could make a new topic and ask if anyone knows any endos in your specific area.

I'd also be reporting all the doctors to the Medical Board.. Prescribing HRT is not rocket science and if they can't do it, they are incompetent.

Alas, that shows literally no endocrinologists in my state, and I don't have any ability to nip over to the next state for a visit either.

I'm not sure how I would even go about doing that, honestly...
If it helps, i'm in Alaska.

Google showed several lgbt support groups in Alaska, you might reach out to them for guidance on how they have approached medical support.  - Anne
