I started HRT in the beginning of May. Breast buds started developing pretty quickly and have been around ever since. I've heard they come and go over the course of transition, but I would like to hear how long they stuck around for the rest of you? I've been wanting to start training jiu jitsu again, but the thought of someone pushing against my breast buds makes me cringe in pain.

I'm a small b and still growing. I don't feel buds anymore n I realized that wen I was 7 months. I'm 10 months now n they still hurt.... Even more than before.

The buds don't go away. They'll become less sensitive, flatten slightly, and become engulfed in fatty tissue to form your breasts... mine quit being hypersensitive after about 3 months.
At what point did my life go Looney Tunes? How did it happen? Who's to blame?... Batman, that's who. Batman! It's always been Batman! Ruining my life, spoiling my fun! >:-)

You will learn to protect your breasts, just like cis-girls do. Sensitivity is part of feminization. Heck; after 25 years, mine got super-sensitive while they grow from C to D cup.
