Hair horror...

I am really horrified to see white hairs appearing and I am young! I spotted these a couple of years ago and I was thinking that they were due to stress and I would pick them out with tweezers... I recently noticed more...and it's causing my already bad major depression to a whole new level

I just wish I could pinpoint to exactly what was causing it..... Is there any way to find out?

What you're describing I think is pretty normal.  It doesn't necessarily mean you will turn gray overnight.
