Make sure you keep up with your icing today or it will still swell up a lot! It's not a big deal if it swells though, just less comfortable

Tomorrow right after bfast will be the stent taken out and dilation starts tomorrow as well 4 times with the 2 15 minutes and 3 for 15 minutes then douche shower then sitz bath... something like that... anyways time for my sitz bath!

interesting reading what  it's like to go to Montreal. I'm in alberta and will likely end up there myself. I'm still a couple years away though.

interesting reading what  it's like to go to Montreal. I'm in alberta and will likely end up there myself. I'm still a couple years away though. 

You will get there, maybe sooner than you think. Still you will get there when it is right for you.

I would never have gone if Alberta had not have paid.

We only get three... #2 #3 #4 we start with #2 and #3 today... after breakfast we get our stent taken out...

I just woke up with pain... icing it now... gonna take pain meds before bfast so that when they take the stent out, it won't be as painful... wish me luck today

Sometime in mid 2014 they decided that the purple #1 is not necessary anymore. It is also a cost saving measure.

the stent came out... 5.5 to 6 inches... I dilated to the last dot... but I'm guessing my labia is still swollen... I feel so much better now... no more stitches pulling!!!

Congrats on your progress! Glad to see things levelled out for you. Been on the road for two long days so I just came back in. Heading south for winter. Lots has changed over the last couple of days! It must feel very different with the packing, etc. removed. Are you sleeping better? Have a good night.
