Hypothetical: If testicular atrophy occurs due to HRT, does one usually stop taking testosterone blockers as the natural testosterone would be diminished or not working?

I've read the opposite, that when you stop treatments, they come back with a vengeance...

Well....my understanding is unless you're using large dosages of IM Estradiol, your bodies natural inclination is to reverse what the blockers started and eventually, you'll soon begin masculinization again and find your atrophied testicles, are once again on the run.
