Do packers shrink?

I've had three x small mr limpy packers, and this new one is much bigger than my first one? It looks longer  and  is girthier and has bigger balls? Do they shrink with use or are they getting bigger?

I think they've made some small cosmetic changes over time, so if you bought them at different times they may look a bit different. I haven't experienced any size changes in any of mine over time.
