It's the girth that you have to watch out for sometimes, especially if you're looking at single-density models with very little "give" to them. Freetom's Rogue for example is only 5.5 inches, but I can't imagine trying to play with it for real (unless you just like girth, and even then, you'd have to prep liberally).
I've had the sinthetics 6 inch, which was honestly the perfect length and girth; I kind of wish I'd never sold it because it really did look and feel amazing. I was going to take a chance on their uncut model, but it just looks huge in comparison.
Try 100Prosthetics? They have a lot of different sizes (in case the name didn't give that away). The New York Toy Collective has reasonably-sized products, as well. I got to see their Ellis in person the other day and it's gorgeous, if a little narrow and super, super straight.
I'm waiting for a Tantus Uncut #2, which is around 6 inches, and seems pretty narrow about the shaft...I just hope the color is ok.
