Been like this since 1968

Started taking testosterone when I turned 21 in 1968.  Only problem I have now at the age of 69 is the hot flashes that go with menopause when I get behind on my shots.  Still take them every other week.  Doctor does keep tabs on heart though.  Hated the idea of male pattern baldness, still do and still have it.  Had the meta, finally, in 2007.  Only other surgery was mastectomy in 1974.  Not a very good job since doctor wasn't sure what to do and I didn't know to keep the band on for several weeks so have bulge at bottom of area.  Been blessed enough to have been with the same woman since 1975 and state of Washington recognized the marriage last year so it seems we have been married 41 years now.  Have a family and grandchildren now.  One son is unsure of hot he feels about me, other son just says I am Dad and that is all there is.

Has anyone found anything(pill?) that will get the meta penis hard.  I can get it fairly large, at least for awhile, using the pump but not hard enough to be able to penetrate.

Good to see your post. I started E. grey-market, in 1970. Been on it under doc's care since 1974.  Downstairs work down a few years after that. We're the same age. I don't have kids.  It seems just like it was yesterday and yet so long ago. There are so few of us from those days because there were so few of us back then, even though our "ships" were sailing to opposite shore. Nevertheless it was great to see others passing through the night.

When I was young, I did not pay much attention to people transitioning in the other direction. I grew older and though I know there were many things that were different between F2M and M2F, I came to realize that there is something similarI share with transmen. When I started transition, apart from therapists, it was a transman who took me under his wing and got me into 3D support group. he was the moderator and did a darn good job. Gwin! You still out there?

I think of him sometimes. It was through him I saw the commonality, despite the different destinations.
