So, I'm set to start T on the 12th of October, but I had to take more blood tests because the first ones uncovered the fact that not only do I have hypothyroidism (which is something I would never have expected to have because I'm in the normal BMI range, abet, I've been lethargic throughout my teens, and I'm on the higher end of the normal BMI scale at 24 points). I also most likely have a tumour on my pituitary gland. A little scary but there's 99% chance that it's benign. I just realized that I would have never found out these things if I wasn't in this circumstance, so in a weird way being trans has helped me.

Also, I've very excited to finally start T, just 2 and 1/2 weeks away.

Ha, that's funny, my thyroid was also checked when I did my bloodwork pre T and it turned out my thyroid was normal. I just get chronically too little sleep! Let's hope that tumor is benign after all. :))

I also have hypothyroidism and along with that I have a large goiter on my neck. I had to have an ultrasound done on it two years ago and all they found were little air bubbles in it. My doctor has me going back to have another one done in a month or so (which is a little nerve wracking). I didn't know about any of this either until I started T. So it explained some of the symptoms I've been having for awhile. I'm on some medication for it though so it helps :)
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I dunno.
