Hello all...

I'm starting the whole process. I may be even jumping the gun as I haven't seen therapist yet to talk about everything but I'm so excited. This is something I've wanted to do since I was 8 or 9 and I'm 46 now.

Anyway, I'm planning HRT and everything else but I just discovered about herbal usage instead of expensive surgery - breast augmentation and hair removal

So, has anyone used any herbal stuff along with HRT?

In the HRT section and several others, you will see a sticky with the site policy on HRT discussion. That said, most are pretty useless and the few that are effective carry additional risks over standard HRT. If you are going to be on HRT, you will find it highly effective and sometime herbal solutions can block the effectiveness of HRT treatment. BA is often not needed if you are comfortable with an A to B cup size though people on the site are seeing D cup size or better. It will depend on what your genetics will permit. As for hair removal, facial hair will need to be done as there is no way around it. HRT may alter body hair and reduce or eliminate the need to treat it.

All of this takes time and their is no way to speed it up. Puberty in a woman can run 5 to 10 years to complete though you may see significant results in 2-3 years. There is already a thread with this discussion here.
