Need to find a psychologist/psychiatrist in my local area

Kind of frustrated.  Last year when I went to my yearly, I discussed my gender dysphoria with my doctor.  She seemed very understanding.  This year when I told her I wanted to go on hormones she told me it would be through an endocrinologist but that she couldn't see me on estrogen. 

Now to find a local psychologist\psychiatrist that works with gender issues, and won't break the bank.
