High Heel Shoes

My high heel shoes, a sandal type, are starting to slip.  My little toe slides off the side, when previously it rested just fine.  I am wondering if I bought to large of a pair, or if my feet shrank some with my weight loss, or my hormone treatments.

The are currently a 13 wide shoe, and it fit comfortably until about my 3rd week of hormones.  Should my next purchase be a 13 or 12 wide?

Sometimes the top straps can stretch with use. My feet tend to swell during the day so I usually look for shoes with some adjustments. I have short, wide feet so I always have trouble keeping my pinkie toe in place, even with flats.

Not really.  My area is not really trans friendly.  Have to travel an hour to a store that even has something near my size.

If you're not sure, another option would be to buy your shoes online at fullbeauty.  Sort by size, choose what you want, and if it doesn't fit right when you receive it, return it. Even if you're not a plus size, the stores for larger women tend to stock larger size shoes.  (I wear a 10W shoe, but size varies based on the actual shoe)

Well, an update.  I found a shop in Indianapolis that carries larger size shoes.  It is a Payless shoe store.  The staff was very friendly, and after the initial shock of a middle aged male trying on women's shoes, extremely helpful.  The poor girl looked like a deer in headlights when I first asked for help, but then she got over it, and even ran a bit of interference for me giving a warning/redirecting people from the aisle I was in while I tried on different shoes.  Yes, I am still a bit embarrassed when doing girl things while looking like a guy, I'm sure it will go away but right now I have a lot of fear/anxiety about being in public.  Anyway, great shop, friendly people, and very helpful.
