Any question about the medical effects of being on hormone blockers is best answered by a doctor, preferably a pediatric endocrinologist in your case, since according to your other posts you are currently 15 years old.
One thing I can say for certain, however: In order to obtain hormones or blockers when you are underage, you need to go through therapy and be diagnosed with gender dysphoria, and you need signed permission from your parents. And in order to get therapy and hormones, you will need to go through your parents health insurer/health care provider.
You are going to have to talk to your parents sooner or later. Unless you want to put off transitioning until after you turn 18 and pay for it with your own money.
