  Hello I am Sabrina a 53 yr old Trans-woman that is out and starting life again  getting ready to start hormones next month have been living full time since July and just love it!!! Now that insurance company's will help with the medical transition I can't wait to start to have the outside match the woman inside  hope to meet some nice people that have been or going thru the process..  Sabrina
