chest reconstruction surgeons in brisbane?

I know of one, but he is in Ipswich I was hoping there are other Surgeons closer to Brisbane City, and what were the Prices like? I also read somewhere you may be able to use Superannuation for Top Surgery, has anyone been able to use their super for it? and if so what company are you with?
