Hi Girls;
After seeing the amazing results that  a number of my Transgender women  friends in the United Kingdom had achieved through going to Facial team in Marbella, I started to seriously consider having FFS done myself, although up till a few months ago, my priorities in order were:

Lipo to Tummy and Love Handles then Brazilian Butt Lift including Fat grafting to Hips (especially after seeing Jennygirls results) either Dr Dass or Dr Hughes in Los Angeles or Dr Aslani in Marbella
Breast Augmentation (again based on so many beautiful results here on Susans and my amazing friend in London - Kate Chilvers) probably Mr Ian Whitworth in Salisbury at Ramsey Health
SRS
FFS

Anyway a few months ago a girlfriend in Berkshire announced to me that she was getting full FFS and suggested I came down to Marbella whilst she was there to both see her, to spend time with her and at the same time get a full consultation with the Facial team. I hesitated a lot, but decided to do it and am now here in Marbella in Spain having had the consultation. I must admit I was very impressed with Facial team, the patient coordinators  (Carmen especially!) are just wonderful and gorgeous with it. The whole thing including 3D Image scan, various pictures and images and consultation with Dr. Raul J Bellinga took just two hours.
When Dr Bellinga met me his immediate reaction on meeting me was that he said ...""I don't believe you need facial feminization surgery at all, as all I see here before me is a very passable feminine woman. I was  I must admit very surprised by his reaction. However he went onto to say that he believes this because of  my whole facial features, my full and rounded cheeks, small nose and soft chin and no Adams Apple  makes me  very feminine already. He especially commented on how soft and clear my skin and overall complexion. He was not surprised that my T levels were very low (less than 0.5) and Oestradiol levels in the female norm of 240

However he went onto to say that if I wanted purely cosmetic surgery (eyelid lift, lower tissue below the eye removed and a little raising of my eyebrows which would provide a tiny bit of extra feminization then these were the only things he would recommend.

Dr Bellinga made me very relaxed and had a great patient warmth about him.

So coming here was definitely worthwhile. It also demonstrates to me just important it is to let  ones HRT work its magic. Other people have said that I look amazing with a real feminine glow and my beauty therapist always says that I have amazing skin elasticity for a woman my age and always look so well. I think the message is don't consider major facial and body surgery (except for SRS) until you have been on HRT for at lest 3 years or preferably more. Also  when I do decide on the facelift then Marbella and Facial team definitely get my vote. Its a great place as well, situated just outside Marbella in Puerto Banus. I recommend October as the weather  at the moment is just fabulous.

I think this is an absolute gem. Being an older woman it may take me a bit more time for it to happen but after 3 years I guess you at least have given it every opportunity...I am only 5 and a bit months so I can't imagine how I will look in another 2.5 years....I am very impressed with the results so far

Haha - yeah Dr Capitan told me as well that I "do not need FFS" at first. However they said to me that there are some mor subtle things they could improve if I choose to do so. We both were a bit surprised when Alexandra did ths simulation photos that there was a noticeable difference though, so he said that even if it is not needed, it is my decision - a hard one it is, acutally ;)

Why is it a hard decision?

As the doctors said, she doesn't need it to pass.
What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it.

It would be an easy decision for me, so I'm curious why it would be difficult.

I'd just do it unless there's some serious risk if it going wrong. Why not?

I do not want to hijack this thread. I just wanted to remark that Facialtem told me, just as they told her, that I do not need FFS to "pass".

But if you want to know - it is a harder decision because if I needed it to just "pass", I would clearly say "yes". If I do not need it, I am considering the risks and the price to pay (finanycially but also the price my body has to pay) more.
