I had ffs with Zukowski just over a year ago, FULL FFS, except aging related things, i am in my 20's.
My question is about nodes, my lymph nodes and more so the nodes under my ears where the drains were are still so swollen, also i have a numb lump on the left side of my chin. i assume these things just require more time. anyone else experience these issues? what is your ultimate timeline cause i am thinking ffs takes closer to two years to fully heal.

p.s. if you'd like to see what i look like add me on fb, i guess; https://www.facebook.com/SamaraUmbral

Welcome to Susan's Place. I haven't had FFS but I have had issues with swollen lymph nodes and surgery. If it's your lymph nodes, you should see a doctor about it because swelling indicates an infection. In my case, I was able to treat them with heat but antibiotics may be in order. If it's swelling as the result of surgery and not the lymph nodes, the swelling may remain for a year or more. My body tends to really swell as the result of surgery so I may see indications well past a year.

Hi Samara,

As the others have said, the lymph nodes could be infection related? It might be worth getting blood tests though you may have had them before the surgery?

You're stunning by the way!!!! :D

Thank You!! I will see a doctor, probably is an infection I am always sickly but they have been going down, i had Dr. Z inject a steroid in them. :p I will say I think FFS can take up to two years to FULLY heal from having it done though.
