Just curious as to what size people have achieved? Seem to remember reading that an A-B cup tended to be the norm.

Talking cup size only can be very misleading. I have a 36" band size and when I measure over the fullest area of my bust I get a 40.5" measurement. This would get me into the D cup range but I only fill an A cup these days although I'm getting close to a B. I guess this has to do with our bigger than "normal" ribcage plus the babies are still in development - well at least mine are - so they are still quite cone shaped.  Adding progesterone might help filling them out. I'm 8 months in and I'll ask my endo during my 1 year checkup to add P.

I'm a 32D, moving towards a 32E now after 2,5 years. I think the a-b thing is mostly a myth.

Is that on a full transition dose?

I'm only at an A, borderline B. Been on them for about a year, but i'm a small frame to begin with. I find with the right bra, they look like any other woman my size. I wish I didn't need the bra to make them look full though.

I am now at a 36AA and growing more every day after 6 months. Of course the older you are the slower it goes, I'm 16.

I personally hit a small C cup at 5 months of transition. Now at 8 months, I fill a full 36C (yay for a good frame) and they have a nice shape, if a bit cone like still with my nipples being puffy unless they are hard, then they look amazing. But I may have to upgrade to a 36D sometime in the next few months. My family is large breasted so I could expect a 36DD probably, and I started at 19. ~Scarlet <3

I've been on HRT for about 5 months now... the growth for the first month or so it was just some fat over my chest, which I've never actually had, always been skin and bone there. After I don't know, maybe a month, it was a conic "bump" under the nipple, with a pins and needle sensation as it was developing. That happened for about 2-3 weeks, then stayed as a bump, and I was able to wear just a T-shirt without drawing attention.

More recently however... I had a more round mass: Nothing to put into a bra, but I felt more comfortable hiding it with a tight A-Shirt under my T. That lasted for about a month. I don't have any actual A-cups to test to see if I fill, but I developed pretty quickly after that to wearing Wal-Mart's 36B cups (couldn't find A's in 36). They don't have cups, but rather hold me up, to try to still hide it... which I do under an A-shirt still. XD (I hide because I still live in the bible belt)

I have a K-Mart "Pink" something brand bra in 36B, and don't nearly fill it, but since I'm not half a year in yet, I'd say a B cup is easily developed, unless you just stay a skinny Minnie. I'm only a 36 because I'm over 6 foot tall, most of it was bone, until some fat distributed there. As everyone else says, YMMV, but I think a B cup is basically minimum standard issue, from what a majority of other things I've read state.

I am at 21 months on hrt i did progesterone for most of that time and aside from puffy nipples i have seen little if any growth.  More of my chest is due to being over weight than breast tissue. In fact after close to two years i really can't say that hormones have had any real noticeable physical changes. Wait i am physically weaker than before so i guess i am successfully getting all the side effects and none of the desired effects.

What is a Lie when it's at home? Anyone?
Is it the depressed little voice inside? Whispering in my ear? Telling me to give up?
Well I'm not giving up. Not for that part of me that hates myself. That part wants me to wither and die. not for you. Never for you.  --Loki: Agent of Asgard

I am just coming up on 7 years of HRT and recently had to go up a cup size to 38DDD (the sister size in the more familiar 36 band size would be 36G). I think the latest change is mostly weight gain, but I'm not going to complain if extra pounds go to my chest. :)
