I've been on hrt for around two years I lost track but I am still seeing more and more effects from them and still feminizing of course. Anyways today my shoulders are very sore and hurt alittle? I did not sleep wrong or hurt them at all so I'm thinking it may have to do with hormones? Has anyone experienced this I'm not sure what to do

I've noticed some unexplained shoulder pain in the last month or so too. Have no idea if it related to body changes. I have lost upper body mass for sure.

I cannot imagine how HRT could possibly cause shoulder pain.

I wouldn't say it is actual pain I guess I should say sore. It's gone now but I'm thinking from loosing the male strength which is normal. I am for sure not as strong as before. I'm thinking it is the muscle soreness which is ok but I just wanted to see if anyone experienced it as well. My arms and shoulders are for sure smaller now :)

Is it possible you lifted something that you are used to without realizing you are no longer able to lift it as easily and strained yourself?  I went to lift a stack of totes at work one day that i was used to and was like "yeah about that, not gonna happen again."

The older you are...the more inclined your body is apt to show fatigue or even soreness from some adventure engaged in the previous day. Think back and see if you can't pinpoint some reason your feeling the pain you're experiencing.  The likelihood of being the hormones would be remote.

funnily I did not loose my strength so much - 18 years of HRT and the woman at the fitness center said during the first checkup that I do certainly not need to train for muscle power since I have plenty - and focus more on those muscles that have to balance it.
However, the connection with hormones and shoulder pain may exist - one reason may be a lack of hormones (not enough E or not enough P or not enough T - yes, women also need some T). Another may be antiandrogens, especially Spiro, since this mess with your electrolytes.
