Does anyone know what the correct name for this bra is? Where can I find one?

If you use google.com/images, you can actually upload your picture and have google search for similar pictures.

It pretty much came back to this link: http://www.sheadline.com/intimates/bras.html - unfortunately, this link does not work anymore :-(

The shape seems to be called "plunge bra". The search returns visually similar images. If you search for plunge bra, you should be able to find similar looking bra's from a variety of manufacturers
