Cindy

As usual I log in to do my jobs behind the screens and check up on life and try and sleep after wards.

As ever there are people posting about what we all face. Fear.

What is Fear?

It manifests itself in many ways: being caught wearing certain clothing, shaving body parts, talking to family or work colleagues.

What is Fear? The unknown reaction, the rejection, the realisation of truth: Acceptance?

The beatings and hate. Death?

When we Fear do we give life to thoughts that may not exist? Do we create Fear?

I am not dismissing anything. I have been taught to Fear. They were not in lessons I asked for.

But we cannot allow Fear to rule. Fear is an emotion and it can be controlled, understood and used to  advantage.
Fear can be strength.

I have been quiet on the Forum and I shall continue to be.

I start my 3 month screens tomorrow.

I have a lot of Fear.

I have a lot of strength.

Be "wellest", Cindy! I can easily understand your fear in this situation and I'm grateful that you don't have to also face the fear we're confronted with here in the states! Unfortunately, after years of never having had to fear prejudice due to being trans recent events have shown me that my fear is totally warranted.

Stay away from those threads as much as you can, concentrate on you. You don't need the added stress right now.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!
