Sadly this is the case for many countries. For us being Tg we have a wide acceptance including those who have not had srs. In many countries to behave and dress in your gender preference without the physical  attributes is not acceptable and for example, you can be arrested for using the wrong bathroom, or immigration can just reject you. The Moslem and many other countries the criteria is that you have to have srs and look passable as a female. For example in Iran gays have to have srs or be stoned. Thats why Iran has a very large number of srs. Go on the internet and read about it.

For what it's worth I've banned them. Never been, never going to, not even to transit the place.

Ok, I got it... They won't get my money even though my money is not trans...I think.. Or is it? why would I ever go to Saudi Arabia anyway? I prefer the sand dunes in Death valley

I mean no offense to the religion and culture , but I would never go there just because I way too triggered by the fact that woman aren't allowed to display there face.

Never intended to go there at all, but there's one thing that confuses me... how do they want to check/get to know if you're trans or not once you've transitioned all the way and went through all the legal changes?
Simply wondering because at least from how things work in Germany, it would hardly be possible in the end (there's even a law against outing people involuntarily).

Its all based on the physical side. If you have had your surgeries and the correct passport, then they do not consider you to be trans. This is the same for many countries in the Middle East and Asia.

According to the article, the ban applies to transgendered Muslims who want to enter Saudi Arabia in order to perform Umrah, or a pilgrimage to Mecca. While the language of the article is a bit unclear, it would seem that the Saudi embassy in Islamabad confirmed the existence of this ban but denied that transgendered people in general are banned from entering the country.

Iran has one of the highest percentage of trans people in the world (due to the fact that they use trans treatments to "cure" gay people....ugh) and many of them make the pilgrimage I'm sure.

...but yeah its all about physical attributes and your passport i'm sure.
