Niecey

Hey every one!
Long time lurker but never registered.I am now in the process of writing my introduction.
But for the mean time, my name is Janiece but I go by Niecey.  I am a 27 year old M2f trans.
I've been on HRT for about 2 1/2 years now and couldn't be happier!
However, due to a unique situation I am in i have not been able to see a real specialist to keep track of my transitioning.  I have just been getting my prescriptions written and fill with no actual blood work being done. I understand the risks involved taking these meds.

With that being said, I am still taking my prescribed ones.  The thing is that one of the pills is an Estradiol and one is an Estrofem. I know that both are estrogen but in doing some research I found that the Estrofem is a little different from my usual Estradiol.

Does the risk of complications incincreas because of the two.seprate   brands? Are they two different ones that can contradic each other? Would just love to see my body go thru this amazing transitioning.

Thank you all!

The active ingredient in Estrofem is estradiol and only estradiol. Read monograph and ask pharmacist. Please find a specialist ASAP.

I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005
