So, I was expecting my body hair to soften and hopefully thin out upon starting HRT.

Well recently I've noticed the hair on my stomach/abdomen is suddenly thickening?! I have always been perfectly smooth in that area (pre-HRT)!

My T levels are at 0 according to my last blood results... so does estrogen cause hair to thicken in places? I really didn't expect this. Someone please tell me it's a temporary thing.

A T level of zero really needs some attention - it's way too low. Mind you, your doc should have picked up on that.

I found that in order to have my body hair revert to female normal, I had to wax it all a couple of times..

No, expect on the scalp. What hormones/drugs are you taking, please don't mention doses. What exactly is your T level, please indicate units (ng/dl, ng/ml, nmol/L).

I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

It may be an illusion.  I thought the same thing.  I just assumed it was my hair getting darker and skin a bit softer.
All the worlds a joke, and the people, merely punchlines
