I am starting to rebuild my femme wardrobe again. About 2 months or so ago, my wife found my feminine stash of clothes, shoes, make up, etc. in our basement (where she usually never went). She proceeded to gather it all up and take it to a dumpster to get rid if it all. I came home from work later that day and was confronted with her discovery and solution. Needless to say that we were both very upset and the argument was fierce. Since then, she has apologized a few times for getting rid of my things and that even though she still doesn't approve, it was wrong for her to do. She said she should have given me the option of continuing to dress and leave or get rid of my stuff and stay (not much of a compromise). I think she knew I would have probably left too, as we were having difficulties anyways.
Anyways, the urge to dress has really been coming on strong this past week or so, and I broke down and purchased a couple of pairs of heels and a skirt off a woman on Craigslist, and a panty and bra set along with a blouse to go with the skirt, and some black tights to hide my leg hair from Walmart. I got to wear them for a while when her and the kids went out, and I was in heaven.
Does anyone know where there are some cross dressing friendly clothing stores in the Albany, NY area that would help me find the right sizes and fit for my body again? The consignment shop I used to go to closed.
