I feel like I'm one of the pep talk persons around here lately
It is true that unequal treatment both socially and professionally exists everywhere but i would also say that there are work cultures that are very equal and where misogyny is rooted out and not tolerated. I have personally worked in at least one culture like that in the past.
There are even a few places where the opposite or misandry exists for men.
Be the change you want to see and the change will come.
