I look at my boobs today and they look smaller than they were last week. I haven't changed anything so could it be that they are rounding out or do I need to get my levels checked? The last time I got my levels checked was in September and they were perfect my doctor said.

Goodness, me too! And I can't find the tape measure. Also, does the hair on cis women's bodies get thicker in the cold weather? I found a few disgusting thick hairs on my chest between my boobs!
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

They can naturally fluctuate with weight, any recent weight loss?

I measure myself pretty regularly and journal the results, often because i don't always trust my looking in the mirror perceptions.

Weight loss is the main culprit. Don't forget you can lose weight from one area and gain in another so the overall weight remains same.

Although sag can also give the appearance of loss...Gravity is no girl's friend and as soon as your boobs become less interested in your chin and more attracted to your toes then they will seem smaller (but once bundled into bra cups should be roughly the same size).

Since you're too young for sag I'm guessing you may have lost weight....? But if your hormone regime concerns you speak to your doc.

The body can retain water depending on salt and hormones so it's possible to lose a few pounds of water weight over a day. Some swelling may have been in your breast and your breast size has returned to normal. It's not a sign that growth is over, it's just a body adjustment. Long term monitoring is better than daily if you are worried about small changes in your body.

That could have something to do with it. I haven't been wearing a bra lately. Doesn't explain the hair, though. Not unless the bra was rubbing it off. ;-)
