Heya! So, some might remember I spoke of my fiancee coming out as a trans woman. This resulted in the only other AMAB member of our polyfamily realizing that she herself had been repressing her actual gender identity (she's identified as genderfluid for years, though), and came out as a trans woman with intention of going the full mile, except for certain expensive non-insurance covered surgeries. The reason I mention this -- because of my EXTREME PCOS (as in, my diagnosing endo said she could count on fingers the number of people who had it this severely), I've considered purchasing an epilator for awhile, because my facial hair, which causes terrible dysphoria, grows back within twelve hours once I've shaved. However, I balked at the price, but since M's grows back even faster than mine, and -- sometimes, even if she shaved before going out, the five 'o clock shadow is still visible.
After reading lots of reviews, I think the Braun Silk 9 epilator is the best option. In addition to a whole bunch of other attachments, it includes a sonic exfoliating attachment. I did a search and couldn't find anything posted about it, but I'm hoping some of the lovely ladies here
have experience with this device.
If anybody has experience and/or opinions on the sonic attachment, how well it works, pain, anything you can think of, really, I'd greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance! Also, love and cookies (of choice; you pick your fave, plus they're virtual, so no calories!). ^_^
