Hello, :)
I have a question for everyone who is using charing cross to transition.
My problem is that I've gone for the first appointment and gotten my blood tests done and I have an appointment in june 2017.
But, I might be moving from my current carehome and I was wondering would that affect my transition in anyway if I were to move away??
Would I have to reapply or not?

Thanks,
Nathan

If you're not moving out of their catchment area for that GIC I doubt it will affect anything. Are you leaving the whole region?

I can't say for sure, but I don't think so. When being referred to a GIC it's your right to choose any of them, so where you live should not matter. Obviously make very sure to update you details with the GIC so don't loose communications and miss any appointments. The only caveat might be moving between England, Wales and Scotland.
In short contact the clinic for confirmation (never easy I know!).

Uhh, I might be moving either to another part of london or southampton. I'm not sure if it would change anything?
