So I am looking into things, and I was wondering if Medi-Cal covers breast implants. It is something I may or may not be interested in, my chest is a section for a bit of my dysphoria- and is a reminder that I am a dude, because as of right now I am as flat as a board, so just for safety's sake... I would rather look into this to see if it is covered.

Medi-Cal MAY cover it if it is determined to be medically necessary.  They definitely cover HRT and some forms of GCS.  If your medical provider determines it is medically necessary, and you get declined by Medi-Cal, there is a path for appeal:

The Transgender Law Center in Oakland, CA is our friend for this, and many other issues about being transgender persons.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.
