For those who might be interested, Dr. Marcelo DiMaggio will be in Los Angeles from 02-05 FEB 2017, and according to his office, somewhat available for consultations. He will actually be in LA attending the WPATH conference. Anyway, I was asked by his office to share this info (see email details below). Please contact them directly.

Hello Taylor. You can contact us  the last week of january and we can send you date and time of the consultation. But yes we can see you on 3th or 4th, we dont know yet time and place, probably will be MDM hotel. By the way if you want to share this opportunity with others to meet MDM in person, you can do that.
