Trans friendly spa in the UK?

Not quite sure where to post this but does anyone know of a trans-friendly spa in the UK, preferably southern Britain. I'll be going with my female partner and I really don't want just a trans place. I'd like a proper female salon where I can be sure of a friendly reception as a transitioning/transitioned female.

Rachel, I'm not sure if you mean  salon for hair, nails etc.. Or a Spa for treatments?
I've used several of the salons in my town for hair, nails etc.. They've all been totally fine. Best advice is to be open, you can always check anonymously on the phone first if it will be an issue.
I think the beauty industry is broadly very open-minded on gender and presentation.

That's brilliant. Things are changing out there!

I meant spa treatment. I'd like to go with my female partner for a full day of pampering: the works incl massage etc. But I don't want to stick out or be treated differently.

Not done that presenting as myself yet, though I certainly plan to. My only advice might be to go with a recognised brand/chain such as Champneys, their staff will likely have seen more, had better training, and the head office won't want any anti-LGBT press...

I can recommend my United Kingdom Beauty therapy and Spa. It is in Sidmouth in Devon. They are also in Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. The Sidmouth beauty team are just fantastic and its in a great location overlooking the sea front. I just love the girls there and they are very friendly.
