Anyone ever get something along these lines https://marenagroup.com/mvs-short-compression-vest/ rather than a typical binder. I find it extremely hard to get into a pull on binder and my chest is more "floppy old lady" than "Kardashian full" so i was thinking that something like this might work

I have the usual kind but that does look like an easier thing to get into and out of, especially post surgery...

This is basically what my surgeon gave me to wear after my surgery. After I was given the go ahead to get rid of the binder I wore a spanx tank top for a few more weeks.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I dunno.

I have worn a few different surgical binders and they were all very itchy. I could not wear them as a base layer. Had to wear a tank top or t-shirt underneath, otherwise I'd chafe and get a rash along the hems.

If you were going to go that route, I'd try the Underworks surgical binder. I imagine the material is similar to the rest of their binding products and would hopefully be less irritating.
