Yeah, it seems as though colon surgery would only change the outcome in the vagina itself (plus the scar across the belly), as AnonyMs says. It's unlikely that there are many photos of that, as it would require a camera inside a speculum. The scars on the vulva should vary by surgeon, regardless of the method for constructing the vaginal vault.
I went to Brassard, and I have no visible scars at 4+ years post-op. There were only two noticeable scars to begin with, and both have faded and settled into the labial folds. I think scarring depends on the surgeon's skill, incision placement, and a body's personal healing.
