Hi I noticed that when the srs done by sigmoid colon the cosmetic outcomes is more natural than if done with other methods and the scars is less visible
Is this a real thing ? Or not

I'm not entirely sure. I've heard Suporn's patients don't usually have visible scars (doesn't do sigmoid colon); I don't know for sure. I can tell you first hand in about a year though [emoji5]

Seems unlikely as as the differences between the techniques are internal. With the colon I believe you end up with a significant scare where the surgeon extracts the piece of colon.

I can see the surgeons ability being a big difference. I noticed seeing Suporn results he has very small stitches compared to others I've seen.

Yeah, it seems as though colon surgery would only change the outcome in the vagina itself (plus the scar across the belly), as AnonyMs says.  It's unlikely that there are many photos of that, as it would require a camera inside a speculum. The scars on the vulva should vary by surgeon, regardless of the method for constructing the vaginal vault.

I went to Brassard, and I have no visible scars at 4+ years post-op. There were only two noticeable scars to begin with, and both have faded and settled into the labial folds. I think scarring depends on the surgeon's skill, incision placement, and a body's personal healing.
