Has T made anyone else more calm?

Before going on testosterone i remember feeling really wild with my emotions and i struggled coping with them
i'd have more anger and supposedly that's supposed to get worse, It didn't it actually decreased. Iv'e noticed i can handle more stress and cope in a more balanced way it hasn't been very long either and i'm already feeling great.

So here is the thing i guess i'm curious about did this happen to anyone else?
Because i kept hearing others speak about how i need to "watch my anger" on T
and i'm just all chilled out now with barley any problems.
It made me start to wonder if its really because i had the wrong hormones because E made me angry and emotional and looking back i just didn't handle it good.

Yes. Almost all of the anxiety I had went away on T. No anger issues either.

Agreed. i have been told I handle stress better and appear more calm and confident

Yes, definitely. I had a lot of anger, bitterness, resentment, anxiety and frustration bottled up pre-T that made me feel miserable almost 24/7.
Now, I'm calm, collected and generally very content. Nothing really riles me up.

Yes. Absolutely.

The T anger thing seems almost mythical. You can have less patience or a shorter fuse maybe, but by no means does it seem everyone who takes T becomes "angry".

It is my view as well that a male-type brain/personality does not cope well with female levels of E that seem unnatural for it. I feel "right" now. Can think clearly, emotions are put in their place, feel 200% better.

Yup, much calmer. The rage/sad mood swing cycles have vanished, along with a lot of my anxiety. I do tend to loose my temper more quickly, but now it's over stuff that really does matter as opposed to previously, when if someone was actively dumping on me I just took it.

Yep feel much calmer and simply able to cope a lot better; now my dysphoria has almost gone due to T. The anger thing is a myth; if you already have serious anger problems before T then it's unlikely that on  T you won't have the same problems.
They/them pronouns preferred.

Yea i heard about that
i actually do have anger issues though and for me its helped
instead of hurt more.
